Recently my consulting work has shifted to serving congregations  as a staff consulting minister.

First Church Boston  2013 – 2015

At First Church in Boston I am served  a two year contract position as Consulting Minister on a ministerial staff team. This position was created following the sudden retirement of their Associate Minister.   In addition to worship responsibilities,  I  coordinated  the development of a new Religious Education program,  supervising Religious Education teachers,   leading adult programs,  and supporting lay leaders working on social justice and membership.

UU Society of Martha’s Vineyard  2012-2013

I worked with the UU Society of Martha’s Vineyard as a Consulting Minister for the Fall of 2012 through Spring of 2013.  This was during a period when the congregation was without a settled minister.  Having served the congregation previously as an Interim Minister,  it was a joy to return to the Vineyard.  During this period I worked with the congregation on healthy congregation best practices, listening skills, and leadership development .
